Electrical Apprentice Wanted
Are you interested in building a rewarding career in the electrical industry? Renew Electric is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as an Electrical Apprentices. No experience in the electrical industry is required. Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
Position: Electrical Apprentice
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
- Assist experienced electricians with wiring, installations, and repairs.
- Learn to read electrical blueprints and diagrams.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment checks.
- Support the team in maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Interest in learning the electrical trade.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Have own hand tools and tool belt.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals who have the ability to read a tape measure, follow instructions, work independently, take constructive criticism and learn from it, and have a positive attitude. Electrical experience is not required, however it is beneficial if you have worked in the construction industry, whether as a laborer on an active job-site or learned from doing odd jobs in your community.
